Manufacturing

Precision Manufacturing for Mission-Critical Applications

A partnership-led industrial strategy designed to build Canadian capability step by step.

Industrial Strategy

How We Plan to Build

Canadian assembly & integration

Developing domestic integration and assembly capacity where technically and commercially justified.

Supplier qualification & development

Identifying, assessing and developing Canadian suppliers to meet defence requirements.

Aerospace component sourcing

Specialized aerospace components sourced through qualified partners.

Precision-machined components

Tight-tolerance defence components produced with established manufacturing partners.

Quality management systems

Building processes toward recognized aerospace and defence quality standards.

Production partnerships

Structured agreements with established manufacturers to scale output with demand.

Testing & validation pathways

Planning test, inspection and qualification steps with customers and partners.

Sustainment & lifecycle support

Spares, repair coordination, obsolescence management and upgrades.

Arctivus does not currently operate a production facility and holds no quality certifications at this stage. Imagery is illustrative.

Phased Development

A Disciplined Path to Scale

  1. Phase 1

    Foundation & Partnerships

Supplier and OEM relationships, capability assessments, compliance pathways and initial product identification.

  2. Phase 2

    Canadian Integration & Pilot Production

Domestic integration capacity, prototypes, testing and initial production or service agreements.

  3. Phase 3

    Scaling Manufacturing

Expanded production, facilities and service capability in response to contracted demand.

  4. Phase 4

    International Growth

Eligible export sales and allied collaboration, subject to export controls and licensing.

As commercial demand supports it, Arctivus may evaluate future large-format manufacturing facilities, potentially on the order of 100,000 square feet. This is a long-term consideration, not an existing site or committed expansion, and would follow feasibility, capital planning, regulatory review and customer validation.
